Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TohfaBazaar, we create personalized and handmade gifts with care. Since many of our products are custom-made, we request you to read this policy carefully to understand delivery timelines, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility.


🚚 Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery

  • Customized / Personalized Products: Delivered within 7–12 working days

  • Non-Customized Products: Delivered within 6–8 working days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to location, courier delays, festivals, weather conditions, or other unavoidable situations.


Express Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days

  • Express delivery charges are shown at checkout

  • Cancellation is not allowed once express processing starts

  • If express delivery is delayed by more than 24 hours, the express charge will be refunded


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production begins

  • Once the order goes into customization or manufacturing, cancellation may not be possible

  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled

For cancellation requests, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
If cancellation is still possible, our team will confirm the same.


💰 Refund Policy

Order Cancelled Before Production

  • Full refund will be issued

  • Refund is processed within 5–7 working days

  • Amount is credited to the original payment method

Order Cancelled After Production

  • Refund may not be applicable for customized products

  • Each case is reviewed individually


🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

Change of Mind / Dissatisfaction

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer


🛠 Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • A complete unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory

  • After verification, a replacement will be issued

  • Replacement shipping is free of cost

  • Return of the damaged item may or may not be required


Wrong Product Delivered

If an incorrect product is delivered:

  • Inform us within 7 days

  • Share a full unboxing video

  • Replacement will be arranged via standard delivery

  • Minor color or design variations due to photography or customization are not considered wrong delivery

  • Refund or replacement decisions are made after verification

  • Additional photos or videos may be requested

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damage, defect, or wrong product claims

  • Customized products are made specially and may have slight variations
